台、日聯手打造的人形機器人（humanoid robot）Pepper將在7月於台灣上市，由於它具備社交與陪伴功能，去年已被銀行、零售、旅館業者採用，明年更擴展至消費者市場。一旦機器人普及，令人擔憂的問題已非是否會翻轉就業市場，恐怕是「何時」成真。
